Introduction
Our journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: To be a one-stop shop for small businesses. Founded in 2014 by Jessie Snyder-Reed, DeLuxe Writing Experts started as a part-time job from my home in Nashville, Tennessee. DeLuxe Writing Experts was born out of a passion for writing and creative fields and a vision to revolutionize, innovate, and improve small businesses' operations.

In the early days, we faced numerous challenges, securing funding and finding the right team, but our determination never wavered. Through perseverance and innovation, we gradually carved out a niche for ourselves. Our breakthrough came when we decided to revamp our business entirely, which propelled us to new heights.

Today, DeLuxe Writing Experts has a new name Phoenix-Lotus Creative Enterprise and is on it's way to becoming the best leader in the writing and creative field, renowned for offering everything a small business needs in one place. OUR STORY

Our CEO, Jessie Reed, first had the dream of becoming a writer and owning her own company when she was a young girl around seven-years-old. It was after she witnessed her stepfather’s murder during a home invasion. She used writing as a way to cope with the tragedy that had perspired on that sad morning in the middle of summer. She found that by writing she was able to deal with her feelings of fear and grief more effectively than just talking to someone. She knew at that moment that she had a story of survival that was worth telling, and that might even be able to help others going through similar situations to deal with their own feelings and get through the devastation that incidents like this can cause for individuals.
THE DREAM
The Dream started to become a reality shortly after the death of her daughter in 2000. That is when our CEO, Jessie Reed decided she wanted to start her own company writing for others. She began under the name "True Inspirations" and along the way as she learned new techniques and what worked and what didn't work, she evolved into DeLuxe Writing Experts. In January 2025 she reimagined her company and gave it a new name, Phoenix-Lotus Creative Enterprise.
THE VISION
Jessie created and launched her first website "True Inspirations Writing Professionals" in 2012. After two years of not getting the results that she had hoped for, Jessie decided it was time to take a leap of faith. She changed her idea of what she expected and changed the name of the company to, “Deluxe Writing Experts." This time she put forth more effort using all her knowledge and experience, resources and time into this company. In the few months after the company had opened for business, Jessie is finally began to see the fruits of her hard work and determination.
